Joe Cutroneo is a dual Chief Executive Officer for two companies he owns (IP DataSystems Inc. and DefendX Software). Joe has over 25 years of experience in Technology since receiving his BS in Economics from Penn State. After spending almost a decade at EMC; Joe founded a very successful solutions provider named IP DataSystems. IP DataSystems specializes in Network Technologies, Virtualized Compute & Storage, BURA/BC/DR. IP DataVault offers Managed Services, multi tiered hosted storage, replicated VM's for DR/BC and back up/archive to the Cloud. In 2017, Joe embarked on an endeavor to turn around a Data Management company called NTP Software. He acquired the company in August 2017 and is the sole owner and CEO. The company successfully re-branded its name and identity to DefendX Software in March of 2018. The solution sets include Data Management musts around File Reporting, Seamless Data Archiving to the Cloud and Object storage, File Auditing, Blocking and Advanced Quota Management. In 30 months; through Joe's leadership, the company streamlined P&L, Sales Process and Go-To-Market strategies to reach new markets and launch new products.
